SOFTWEIGHT TRAINING GUIDE
TRAIN WITH SOFTWEIGHT
SoftWeight is designed to make everyday movement more demanding through adjustable resistance. Our training plans help you use that resistance with purpose, whether your goal is to build strength, improve conditioning or simply become more active throughout the day.

BEGINNER PLAN
Start light and let your body adapt gradually. Use SoftWeight during short walks, errands or everyday movement for around 15–30 minutes at first. Focus on comfort, posture and controlled movement before increasing either the weight or the duration.
The goal is not to start heavy. The goal is to build consistency and slowly make your everyday movement more challenging.
STRENGTH PLAN
Use SoftWeight alongside controlled bodyweight exercises such as squats, lunges, step-ups, walking and stair work. The added resistance increases the demand on your legs, core and stabilising muscles while you move.
Start with a manageable load and focus on good form. As your strength improves, you can gradually increase the resistance or make the sessions longer.

QUICK FOCUS SESSIONS
You do not always need a full gym session to challenge yourself. A focused 15–30 minute SoftWeight session can combine brisk walking, stairs, squats, lunges and controlled bodyweight movements.
These sessions are designed for busy days when you still want to move, train and make the time you have more demanding.
CONDITIONING PLAN
Use SoftWeight during longer walks, faster-paced movement or structured intervals to increase the overall workload of your session. Start with light resistance and gradually build either the duration, pace or weight.
The goal is to improve your ability to handle more work over time while keeping the progression controlled and sustainable.
